Massage Blogs

I am offering a new service for massage therapists to help them set up and get their blog going.  I will help you research a topic to start writing about and get the blog set up using Wordpress.  I will set the theme that you choose and set up all of the plugins to optimize your blog and I will show you how to write posts and give you a plan for getting your blog found.

I will also discuss with you your options for making money with your blog.  Blogging actually is much more difficult to make money with adsense because of the way the pages are presented but it can start making you a small amount each month.  You can make more with affiliate programs too.  (Adsense is a pay per click program where you get paid for each click from Google.  Affiliate programs are where you can refer people to different products and get paid for selling them.)

Some of the things that can be blogged about and I think need to be blogged about:

  • Do a journal of going through massage school

  • The benefits of massage to help educate the public as to the real benefits using research and evidence.

  • Massage politics - highly controversial but much needed

  • Massage tools - rate and review the various massage tools out there

  • Massage oils and lotions - rate and review products

  • Massage textbooks

  • Massage Music

  • Teach how to massage to couples, lay people

  • Journal what it is like building a massage business or working in a job in massage

The list is endless really in my mind.

A blogger must be committed and if you are really serious about making money with a blog I recommend that you write a post everyday for about 6  months when you first start out.   You can also just have a blog for fun and blog when you feel inspired.

Set up Wordpress, help choose domain, set up site - $200 plus hosting/domain fees from EZ Web Hosting(about $8 a month plus domain)

Contact me for more information and your ideas for blogging.
