Business systems for residual income
A few days ago I was talking about the theories of the ‘Cash Flow Quadrant” book by Robert Kiyosaki in which he talks about finding or creating a system like a franchise system to make residual income. His basic concept is that we are too caught up in just taking jobs for security reasons and to really have freedom you have to find and invest in business systems that bring you a steady cash flow. Investing for capital gains is what most people have been doing and you can see that hasn’t been working for anyone lately.
The best system that I have found that is available to everyone to use is Site Build it! (SBI) It isn’t just about building a website. It is about building an online business that creates cash flow. There are many ways to make money online. My biggest income producer is Google Adsense. I put Google’s ads on my sites that are filled with basically information I learned in massage school and along the way of being a massage therapist for 20 years. The way the ads work is when someone clicks on them you get paid. It takes a lot of clicks and ads to make a decent amount that means you need a lot of traffic. I am also breaking into making money by promoting other people’s products. I have been learning about it for the last 6 months and have been implementing some programs to test them out. I am learning about selling which is another one of Robert Kiyosaki’s essentials to overcoming the down economy. People can be adverse to selling for many reasons. It is just sharing information and what you know with others.

SBI! teaches you everything and if there is something you can’t figure out you can ask in the forums. The SBI! forums are one of the best online that I have ever seen. Someone will probably know the answer and help you figure out the details if you need.
SBI! is an intensive learning curve in the beginning. There is tons of information to read through and implement. It takes time to learn the system but once you do you can just keep creating sites to keep making more. It actually takes a few years to get a site up to the point of making a fair amount of income if you are only working on it in your spare time. It can take less time if you are working on it full time.
So start thinking about what you are passionate about. What do you know a lot about and can’t wait to talk about? What hobbies or interests do you have that light up your face when you think about? Take a look at some of these case studies.

The reason why I talk about SBI so much and promote it is that it has taught me most everything I know about being a success online. Once you get things set up you don’t have to do much to keep the traffic coming and the money coming in. Just keep track of it and add a page or two of new content to keep it going.
That is the best system that I have found that everyone can use to start creating residual income.
