		<description>All very true, thank you for saying this without apology. Yet, how do therapists (the only ones who would benefit from a change) work for a different system so that we can maintain a fair income and start to work for the respect we deserve? Does the individual therapist have a fighting chance? Is it even possible for us to act collectively?</description>
