How to choose a concept for your online business
OK So I have been talking about Site Build it! for awhile now. It never ceases to amaze me. Today a new version of their Brainstorming software was released in beta and I have to say I can’t wait to start a few more sites! It already helped me pick out some key keywords for expanding my site and I only have been playing with it for 3 minutes.!
I hope you are getting the idea that in today’s economy there isn’t any job security and even as a self employed massage therapist it is important to have multiple streams of income. I use SBI! sort of as my retirement account.
I get a few emails each week that I talk about SBI! that people are tired of hearing about it. While I can understand, I just don’t get why unless they already have a site up and running but of course they just aren’t getting it. It took me a few years before I got it so I am writing to hopefully make it easier for you to understand.
This new software that comes with Site Build it! knocks everything else out of the water as they say. It will basically take all of the guess work out of how to choose a niche for your website. It is taking what you know and are passionate about and making it into an online business.
My SBI! site www.massage-career-guides.com is the site I set up to replace my site www.massagetherapycareers.com that I sold last year for enough that I only have to work 2 days a week this year doing massage. I write about what I know and am passionate about – teaching people about careers in massage and how to become a successful massage therapist. I also have another site I am working on www.workless-playmore.com using SBI! It is a site about creating an online business and also about becoming more conscious about your core beliefs. Stepping out of your comfort zone and creating an online business will hit up against your core beliefs and cause you to want to give up, or think you are a failure and will push all of your buttons.
I also came across another massage therapist who really gets Site Build it! and has created a whole line of DVD’s about healing tendinitis. It is absolutely brilliant idea!
