In the last week, I've had three calls: one for an out of state Workers Comp, a car accident where the client said the at-fault-party would pay and the adjuster said there is no benefit available, and someone who asked if I took Anthem Blue Cross and then walked out after I said no. It seems crazy to me that people have expectations that their insurance pays for everything, even when it won't.
