		<description>Thank you for the article.  Funny.  I have been planning a similar article for my blog for the past month or so.  You beat me to the punch.  Good information.  RMT&#039;s spend so much time caring for other people that they forget to take care of themselves.  Personally, I find that self care has turned into a full time job for me.  Every week yoga, weights, glucosamine, calcium/magnesium, stretching and im hoping to start on tai chi soon.  And of course a cleanse once a year.  It sounds like work, but I get to keep the most amazing job in the world.  Cheers</description>
