Especially if you are working in a smaller operation you may find yourself face to face with the owner/management on a regular basis. It is important to ask yourself how well you trust them and their way of providing health care. It can be very difficult if the two of you have competing ideas of health care models. It took me a while, but I have found to clinics where I see eye to eye with management and have a good working relationship with them.... and work is sooo much more enjoyable because of it Personalities play a big part too.
