		<description>I think tipping a massage therapist is great, of course.  However, in the event that it's medical massage, tipping is inappropriate.  After all, you don't tip your doctor!  If we expected to be credible healthcare providers, we shouldn't accept tips for medical massage.  Relaxation, or cash-based massage, however... tip away!</description>
