Sometimes I wonder whether we try too hard ourselves to change or heal ourselves, that we neglect this powerful element (God, Spirit, etc) which is within us and available to us. Maybe what we should do is to submit to that power and not try so hard ourselves. The working is in the submitting, is what I have experienced and that can be very powerful indeed!
