As gift I’m giving you access to one of the World Massage Conference
presentations at no cost. This is a special pre-conference
presentation that will give you a good idea as to what it’s like to
attend a virtual conference.

If you tell your colleagues about this free event, you’ll be able to
get a certificate of attendance which you can use for CEU reporting
purposes (depending on your regulatory body) and some other great
bonuses.

Click here to get free access to the pre-conference broadcast with
featured guest Ruth Werner who will be presenting on the subject of
Pathology and Massage.

This is a live presentation that takes place Wednesday, November 12th,
9pm EST (New York time).

Go here for more information and to attend:

The World Massage Conference is the world’s first virtual massage
conference. It will be held November 17th to 22nd, 2008. More than 50
top massage experts from around the world will be teaching in virtual
online conference rooms throughout the six-day event.

The way the conference works is that you will be able to login live to
listen to the calls or you can listen to them later as they will be
recorded.
I got this information from their website to help explain how it all
works.

There are two levels of access:

Basic Access gives you audio access to all six days of regularly
scheduled broadcasts, presenter notes and replays of all calls.

Full Access gives you basic access PLUS the ability to interact with
presenters and other participants, downloadable presentation
recordings, written transcripts, the chance to win valuable prizes, as
well as bonus presentations and gifts. (Highly recommended)

Some of the topics that will be covered include:
* Day 1: Business: Creating a Thriving Practice
* Day 2: Techniques: Ancient Arts and Emerging Trends
* Day 3: Technology for the Massage Professional
* Day 4: Research and Children
* Day 5: Caring: For Yourself and the Planet
* Day 6: Massage Treatments: Massage for Therapy and Rehab

Members who have purchased Full Access registration can chat with
participants and presenters in real time or discuss presentations by
posting on interactive discussion boards set up for each presentation.
As a full access member, you’ll also have the ability to interact with
presenters directly by asking questions through online forms or live
on the telephone.

All presentations are recorded and you can listen to a replay of the
presentation through streaming audio immediately after it’s finished.
If you registered for the Full Access Pass, you can also download the
presentation recording and listen to it offline on your computer or
MP3 player. You’ll also be able to access written transcripts of
selected presentations and read them at your leisure after the
presentation.

Basic Access participants have access to listen to all live
presentations online or by phone and gives you access to replays of
all presentations on your computer until May 31st, 2009. About 70
hours of programming featuring the top experts in the massage field
from around the world.

Full Access participants get to experience the conference on a vastly
enhanced level of interactivity. You have the ability to ask the
expert presenters questions before or during their presentations, as
well chat with participants during the presentation or discuss the
topic after wards via special discussion boards. You can download the
presentation recordings to put on your MP3 player or on CDs and will
be able to get access to written transcripts of selected
presentations. You can obtain certificates of completion for CEU
purposes. In addition, we have over $15,000 of prizes that will be
given away to Full Access participants throughout the event -
everything from massage tables and accessories to massage books and
music CDs. There are additional bonuses as well that we’ll announce
during the conference.

It starts a week from today on Nov 17th!

Sincerely,

Julie Onofrio

The information is all on the website.
There are two levels that you can choose from – the basic or the full access. The basic access is $59.00 the full access is $199. You can call in live or listen to classes online and with the full access you can download them and listen to them anytime from what I understand.

I would like more information on the conference. Is is free of cost? Will there be demonstrations to view? Do I need to watch as it is occurring or can I watch in the evening after?
    Thank you
