Massage Business Consulting and Coaching

The biggest challenge that massage therapists face today is implementing the various strategies and day to day action steps that need to be done to create your Ideal Massage Business.  The ideas and things to do are just the first step.  It is having the courage to take the action steps that usually hold massage therapists back.  They also commonly do something like one mailing or one marketing event and then give up.

Getting ongoing regular support in the form of a business coach can help you in taking the steps that you need to take.   That is what I do best.

Whether you are just starting out or been in the business for awhile, I can help you get on track.  It is a matter of creating a plan and sticking with it.  Just having someone to give you feedback and keep you going can help you take larger steps more often to achieve the results that you are looking fo.

Or if you are looking for a job in the massage profession or need help in creating your ideal job in massage, regular massage business consulting can help you create a plan of action and help you follow through with the process until you get your "Ideal Massage Job" which is one that pays you what you need to make and provides the other mental, emotional and spiritual rewards that you need to feel motivated.

I have been helping massage therapists since 1999 when I started this website.  I have been a massage therapist since 1987 and have worked full time in the profession since then.  I opened my own massage office immediately out of massage school and continue to run my own office in downtown Seattle.

I offer hourly coaching in person or on the phone or through Skype as well as supervision and help in setting up your own peer supervision group.  Supervision is another way of getting support.  It is all about what you need and having a place for you to be heard. Peer supervision can help you deal with the constant issues that come up through the journey of becoming a massage therapist.  You can read more about it in the supervision section.
