The Science of Being Well

The Science of Being Well is the name of a book written by Wallace Wattles in the early 1900's on how our thoughts create our health (or lack of it - disease).

The basic idea is that what we are unconscious of becomes our fate.  Out thoughts are mostly an unconscious process that happens to us until we can become more aware of them.  How you become aware of them is by learning to become more aware of your emotions.  Most of live in a constant state of drama and unhappiness.  Whenever you are feeling anything but love or joy, you know that you emotions are leading you along a path of unawareness.

When it comes down to is what really is the basis for all health?  Why do some nutritional things work for some and not for others?  Why do some medicines work for some people with a condition and don't work with others with the same condition?

What actually is health and healing?

The power of your thoughts and beliefs about health is what dictates health.  What we think about and believe in will become our reality.

The Science of Being Well (a Free Ebook by Wallace Wattles- the 1910 author with editing by Naturopathic Physician Alexandra Gayek) outlines what we can do to find 'perfect health'.

It is more about what you think and believe than what you eat or do.

Now you can participate in an online course with Dr Alexandra Gayek learning how to tap into the power of thought for healing.
