bioflavinoids 10,000 mg daily for 6 months
  • this high dose for bruising only
  • quercitin good source
Vitamin E with selenium 400-800 I.U.-start with lower doses and add gradually
  • antioxidant- prevents cell damage, retards aging
  • improves athletic performance
  • reduces muscle cramps and spasms
Bromelain as directed on label
  • anti-inflammatory
  • digestive aid
Garlic as directed on label
  • anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antiviral
  • enhances immune function
  • improves circulation
  • good for arthritis, colds, sinusitis, yeast infections
Echinacea as directed on label
(at first sign of cold, take every hour until better)
