Critics of "The Secret"Many are now starting to criticize the movie/book "The Secret" saying that they think it is all a scam. To a certain extent they are right. The speakers in the secret are now reaping the benefits and charging high fees for people to participate in their programs when the secret is really simple. Figure out what it is that you want to be and do. Get a clear mental image of it. Find something that you have unwavering faith in. Take Action - Take steps to making it happen. Action is what prepares us to receive. While it does seem simple, it is a process and we are after all human. The other thing about this whole "law of attraction" thing being set out in one movie/book is also part of the problem. The Secret is a process - one of uncovering your unconscious thoughts which is hard to do because after all they are unconscious. The movie/book is only giving you a very general overview of the process that is quite complex, yet sounds simple. Critics who hear that they can just sit back and think about doing something don't have an understanding of what it really takes to make your thoughts become a reality. People who are having a hard time with believing in the power and possibilities of the secret are choosing to react that way because they haven't taken any time to look into what is really being said. They are choosing to let their external world influence their internal processes - thought. Critics need to start studying the principles of "The Secret" and learn that it is a process.
