Making a Living Online
Is it possible to make a living online or at least have a good source of income from doing something online?
The answer is just plain Yes.
If you want to have fun, challenge yourself and learn to share what you know with others in a way that provides value to others then keep reading. While I am not yet making a living online totally, I do make a substantial income from having about 5 websites on various topics the biggest earner being this site -www.thebodyworker.com which I started in 1999 as a hobby writing about massage and everything you need to learn about becoming a massage therapist. It was almost a fluke that I was able to start making money from it. In the beginning it was just a hobby and a way to relieve stress for me. How much? Well it is enough for me to be only working as a massage therapist for 2 and 1/2 days a week when I used to work 5 days a week. The other days I spend a few hours in front of the computer writing and creating websites.
I never had any professional training in writing. I just started doing it and boy was I bad back in 1999. I still am far from perfect. I just have a lot to say about a lot of things and having a website on various topics allows me to share my interests with others while I make money from my adventures online.

So whatever your hobby, passion or knowledge, you can create a website around it and make a living online if you have the patience, persistence and motivation to do so.
The thing is that just any old topic won't do. While it is important to write about something you love, more importantly is to write about something that other people value as much as you do.
The way to do that is to research what topics (keywords) are more profitable - that is what keywords are in demand but have a low supply of websites (or most likely really bad sites out there!)
