Who needs Peer Supervision?
Any/All health care professionals.
If you are struggling in building or starting a massage practice.
If you don't have enough to support yourself while building a practice or
just starting a job.
If you are wanting to get more from your massage practice.
If you find yourself working on clients who are draining rather than
nurturing.
If you find yourself thinking you need to take any client who calls.
If you think massage is the answer to everyone's problems.
If you think you are the only one who can help this client.
If you are charging less than you need to make thinking that you need to give
clients a deal for them to see you.
If you haven't raised your rates in the past year.
If you are feeling resentful of working on people who don't tip you or pay
you enough.
If you don't have a cancellation policy that you use and enforce that allows
you to collect at least a partial payment, preferably full payment for a missed
appointment.
If you find yourself always trying to give people your advice on other health
related topics thinking it is best for them or that you need to give them some
hope.
Thinking you know what is best for a client.
- You are working for someone without a contract
- You are unhappy in your work

If you find yourself saying things like this:
- I want to fix this clients pain
- I am not good enough to charge more
- I don't really know what I am dong
- I did everything I could, but the client didn't listen to me so they have
to suffer the consequences.
